Stormtrooper or Shadow Trooper Lightsaber STL Files

STL Files to 3D print your own Stormtrooper or Shadow Trooper Lightsaber. 

Based on some concept art back in 1976 when at one point George Lucas wanted Stormtroopers to have Lightsabers. 

The same files are used for either Lightsabers, you just paint it differently. Predominantly White for a Stormtrooper Lightsaber or Black for a Shadow Trooper Lightsaber. 

There is plenty of room inside to fit Electronics if you wanted.

The Download includes a full comprehensive set of Build Instructions in PDF Format.

Preparation of 3D Printed Parts for Assembly:

This is a time consuming process, but more time spent on preparation will result in a better looking prop.

1. All parts will require sanding. (FDM printed parts will require more sanding than Resin printed parts).
2. Assembling the parts. (Some parts can be assembled before painting and fitting the electronics).
3. Fill any seams and joints with a good quality filler.
4. More sanding.
5. Filler Primer.
6. More Sanding.
7. Final Painting
8. Fit electronics (If installing) and final assembly.
9. Weathering (Optional).
