M300 Surefire Tactical Flashlight STL Files

M300 Surefire Tactical Flashlight STL Files for 3D Printing on either a Resin or FDM 3D Printer.

This is the Flashlight used on the E-22 Blaster Rifle

The M300 Tactical Flashlight can be printed and used/displayed as a static prop or fitted with Electronics to make a Working Flashlight.

 All the pictures above are image captures from the 3D design software.

Features:

• Replica of a Surefire M300 Tactical Flashlight (My interpretation)
• Seamless Design – No Need for Body Filler or putty to Cover up Seam Lines!
• Designed for Electronics to be a Working Flashlight.

To Make a Working Flashlight:

You will need the following items

1. 1W Star LED - Available at PropTroniX
2. Star LED Holder & Lens - Available at PropTroniX
3. 12mm Latching Switch - Available at PropTroniX
4. 14500 3.7V Rechargeable Battery

You will need the following for the mount.

1. 4 x 6x3mm Neodymium Magnets
2. 2 x 1.5mm x 10mm Brass Rod (Hinges)

The 3D printed parts will require sanding and painting to make a quality finished prop.

 

Preparation of 3D Printed Parts for Assembly:

This is a time consuming process, but more time spent on preparation will result in a better looking prop.

1. All parts will require sanding. (FDM printed parts will require more sanding than Resin printed parts).
2. Assembling the parts. (Some parts can be assembled before painting and fitting the electronics).
3. Fill any seams and joints with a good quality filler.
4. More sanding.
5. Filler Primer.
6. More Sanding.
7. Final Painting
8. Fit electronics (If installing) and final assembly.
9. Weathering (Optional).
