The download also includes a STEP file so you edit the files as needed.

This Hovi Mic Tip has been designed to hold a 15mm Speaker so a pair can be fitted to a Stormtrooper Helmet

and act as Speakers for any Voice System you install..

Hardware Required:

• Bolt Hole for Securing to a Helmet

 The 3D printed parts will require sanding and painting to make a quality finished prop.

Preparation of 3D Printed Parts for Assembly:

This is a time consuming process, but more time spent on preparation will result in a better looking prop.

1. All parts will require sanding. (FDM printed parts will require more sanding than Resin printed parts).
2. Assembling the parts. (Some parts can be assembled before painting and fitting the electronics).
3. Fill any seams and joints with a good quality filler.
4. More sanding.
5. Filler Primer.
6. More Sanding.
7. Final Painting
8. Fit electronics (If installing) and final assembly.
9. Weathering (Optional).
