Mandalorian Blaster Pistol STL Files for 3D Printing on either a Resin or FDM 3D Printer.

The Blaster can be printed and displayed as a static prop but has been designed for Electronics to be fitted. (Electronics Kit Coming Soon)

Features:

Hardware Required:

All Screws are M3 Button Head

1. 2 x 6mm - Grips
2. 2 x 10mm Main Body
3. 7 x 4x3mm Neodymium Magnets - Upper Back Body, Main Body Front Panel
4. 1 x 4x.5mm Neodymium Magnet - Main Body Front Cover

The 3D printed parts will require sanding and painting to make a quality finished prop.

 

Preparation of 3D Printed Parts for Assembly:

This is a time consuming process, but more time spent on preparation will result in a better looking prop.

1. All parts will require sanding. (FDM printed parts will require more sanding than Resin printed parts).
2. Assembling the parts. (Some parts can be assembled before painting and fitting the electronics).
3. Fill any seams and joints with a good quality filler.
4. More sanding.
5. Filler Primer.
6. More Sanding.
7. Final Painting
8. Fit electronics (If installing) and final assembly.
9. Weathering (Optional).
